Vintage Wedgwood Glass hobnail decanter. Ronald Stennett-Willson 1970s. Wine whisky carafe pouring serving. Retro bar dining drinking RSW-60

A Wedgwood Glass RWS-60 retro glass decanter, designed by Ronald Stennett-Willson in 1975. The simple design has a distinctive hobnail or dimple base.

Beautiful simple Modernist/Minimalist shape with straight vertical lines and gentle curves. Wide disc-like original stopper. Circa 1970s vintage. Good lead crystal content, high quality handmade item - very much like a Frank Thrower design for Dartington.

Excellent condition for the age and era with no water staining or obvious flaws. The inner stopper has two small slim shell chips to the bottom (no sharp edges). The base has the Wedgwood logo etched to the centre. 26cm tall with the stopper in. 11.5cm wide at the base. Heavy at 1.3kg.

A classy classic design, perfect for displaying and storing spirits in your mancave.
