Vintage Robert Welch Victor England recipe book stand. Navy blue cast iron cookbook holder. 1980s kitchen gadget, cast ware. Sturdy & heavy

A vintage Robert Welch design cookbook stand, from the Victor Cast Ware range.

Designed in 1986, this is probably from that 80s era. Made from solid cast iron, enamel coated in navy blue, with two weighted retaining cords to hold your pages in place. The weights are chrome.

26 x 24 x 13cm. Weighs apx 4kg... very heavy solid iron.

Vintage condition. Some natural patina - small rust spots/marks to the blue on closer inspection, please see closer-up photos. Being vintage the adjustable tilt has ceased. Priced accordingly.

Nice older version of the design, perfect as a prop for a retro blue room.
