A striking 1970s-1980s plant pot holder, from Poole Pottery...

Hand-painted leaf and branch shapes within horizontal lines, over a glazed white simple vessel. The planter is white with deep green and is cylindrical with straight sides.

Very good condition, useable and displayable. A tiny rim imperfection, pictured. Tested for watertightness - all good with no apparent crazing. Some discolouration within.

12.5cm tall x 13.5cm wide - would suit a flower pot up to 12cm tall. Very retro and typical of 1970s pottery, yet simple and classical.
