Vintage Murano Archimede Seguso green art glass bowl dish. Controlled bubble. Scalloped rim & twisted shell bullicante ashtray. 1960s retro

A vintage Murano art glass bowl with controlled bubbles. Most likely by Archimede Seguso (Murano, Italy) due to the design, styling and precision work. Circa 1960s vintage.

It's pure forest green with a scalloped rim and twisted pinched shell detail. It has very nicely placed controlled bubbles, getting smaller towards the middle - the work of an artist. Handmade/mouth blown - typical retro Murano glass. Probably would have been a fancy ashtray back in the day.

Excellent for the age and era. No chips. Flat polished base is very good. Two scratches underneath towards the base.

A statement 15 x 14 x 5cm. Beautifully made.
