Vintage green Dumler + Breiden 484/26 West German pottery vase, fat lava textured. 1960s/1970s retro D&B ceramic. Glossy green + cream large

A large vintage vase by Dumler & Breiden (D&B) Keramik, West Germany, dating from the 1960s or 1970s 'fat lava' era. This vintage pottery vase is a lush glossy green with a matt cream/brown textured over-glaze.

The green is a forest green, with some duck egg coloured dripping above. The cream textured overlaid surface is relatively smooth with some larger deep brown bubbles and some fine dotty pitting (see pics). Glossy brown inside. A typical simple West German shape, mid century modern and retro in styling.

The shape is 484/26... 26 denoting 26cm tall. 15cm wide. Inside rim is 8.5cm wide. Stamped to the base. Perfect statement for your retro interior and to add to a collection. Great size for a bunch of large statement stems on your sideboard.

Very good displayable condition, the baseline is a bit rough from age/wear. Please see photos showing decor, colour and condition.
