Vintage Gense Sweden serving tray. 1960s/1970s 18/8 stainless steel, Swedish. Retro Mid-century Modernist food/hors d'oeuvres small platter

An awesome Gense small serving tray. Unusual shallow tapered scoop shape with small flat rims on two long sides.

High quality stainless steel 18/8. Stamped on the back with 'Gense, stainless 18/8, Sweden'. Some of these were made for Viners of Sheffield, this one isn't stamped as 'Viners'. See photos. Circa 1960s or 1970s vintage - typical of that time with designer Scandinavian Modernist styling.

High quality feel and groovy shape, comparable to best Danish designs. 25 x 10 x 2cm. Small and shallow - perfect for nibbles!

In good condition, a few surface marks and light scratches as you get from vintage steel, polishes up well. Perfect for display, collectors of Scandinavian steel, or as a retro quality food serving tray or key/pin dish.

Includes P&P to the UK.
