A really pretty and hard to find set of five Duralex cups and saucers (French Pyrex style). Unusual baby blue opal pressed glass (they look like china). Circa 1960s vintage, made in France. Smaller sized coffee cups, ideal for those stronger French Press style coffees on a Sunday morning.

The colour is an all over baby blue or pale pastel blue - please see photos. The nature of this type of glass wear (like Acropal and Pyrex) means they are durable, hardwearing and suitable for a dishwasher. Duralex cups are usually a clear glass, these opal/opaque cups are harder to find.

Beautiful hardly touched condition. No chips or nibbles, very clean. All stamped to the bases. Each cup is 8.3cm diameter (excl handle) x 4.8cm tall. Saucers are 11.7cm wide. Apx 125ml, 5floz, 1/2 cup, or 1/4 pint sized cups.

Perfect for a Sunday morning in your retro 1950s or 1960s styled kitchen or garden!
