A vintage Sterling Silver 925 cross-shaped pendant. The bark textured 3D pendant is chunky solid silver, in a Brutalist style. The textures are the same all over. It is stamped to the side with C&T (the maker), then a lion and lion's head (for London sterling silver), then a 't' for 1974.

C&T are Clifford & Son were active silversmiths in Clerkenwell Road, London, from 1973-1979.

The pendant is a decent heavy chunk of silver at 45mm x 27mm x 3.5mm (including the round bail at the top). The ends are square, 3.5 x 3.5mm. It weighs 8 grams.

Excellent vintage condition. Perfect alternative Brutalist/Modernist vintage gift idea for anyone born in 1974... would look great on a 16-18" slim snake chain, a statement!
