Vintage 1973 sterling silver & 3 green stones ring, size K. Modernist hallmarked MMD 925, 1970s. Moss agate gemstones, row angled cabachons

A fabulous hallmarked 1973 modernist ring, by Magnus Maximus Designs (MMD)...

The stylish ring features three cabachon set polished rounded gemstones, likely to be round moss agates or aventurines. The row of stones sit at a 45 degree angle to the plain flat silver band. The silver band is hallmarked with 'MMD' (the maker), an anchor and lion for 925 grade sterling silver from Birmingham, and 'Y' for 1973. The band is 4mm wide and the angled long row of stones extends to 25mm long x 7mm wide (each stone is 6mm wide). It's a UK size K. Please check that it should fit you (not adjustable). It weighs 5 grams.

Very good vintage condition. Looks lovely on. Nice presentable, funky and retro, and a perfect gift idea... Typical 1970s Modernist design.
