A set of two classic Dansk Designs Ltd candle holders, designed by Jens Quistgaard, Denmark.

Dark green moulded glass, with the logos to the bases. Designed to hold and support a pillar candle and catch the drips, but also suitable for a wider tapered dinner candle, or for balancing a tealight candle. These were mass-produced Scandinavian pressed glass candle holders from the 1970s. I'm lead to believe the dots on the base represent the different production years these were made - these have different dot patterns.

All in great displayable and usable condition. Each one is 6.3cm tall x 7.2cm wide at the rim. Inner hole is about 3.5cm wide. Inner 'shelf' for a wider candle is 6.2cm wide. Being pressed glass they have different moulding lines and tiny bubbles from time of manufacture.

Perfect for a Mid Century interior, especially around Christmas and Easter!
