Sterling silver Modernist pendant for necklace. 70s Brutalist retro jewellery hallmarked 'London'. Textured layered arc/moon/crescent, MCM

A beautiful vintage retro pendant for a necklace.

The pendant is sterling silver and is hallmarked on the reverse (hard to decipher) and on the link (925).
I'm pretty sure it's a lion (London) with a lion's head (sterling silver) but I can't make out the year... circa late 60s or early 70s.
There is also a maker's stamp which I also can't make out, in a pointy rectangular shape, but it's something like W&CB. All very very tiny!

The middle cut away area is Brutalist in style - random aggressive layers of triangular and square shapes/holes with linear stripes.
Overall shape is oval with a cut in crescent hole. Outer shape is lightly textured.
