Scandinavian art glass serving plate, 1970s. Vintage Skruf/Pukeberg/Iittala/Kosta Boda crystal? Textured shard/vortex pattern. Dinner/snacks

I can't find this unusual art glass plate anywhere online... It bears a striking resemblance to both an Iiitala and a Skruf glass bark textured plate, but this one is more a shard linear design. I'll let you decide, please advise me if you know what it is. I'm guessing at 70s/80s era but may be anything from 70s to contemporary.

On the underside is a textured pattern, with fractured shard like straight lines all going towards a middle (which is off centre), as if it is broken glass. Smooth/soft edges or rim. Plate itself is irregular (not perfect circle) and has a smooth upper, very lightly tapering upwards (not flat).

25cm wide. 1.5cm high.
1.1kg - a good sized slab of quality crystal-content glass.

No chips or anything. A manufacturing imperfection line underneath.
A nice statement serving dish, perfect for entertaining.
