Ruscha Keramik Fat Lava ceramic jug vase. West German Pottery, 1960s/70s vintage/retro Germany. Textured dripping pitted volcano brown glaze

A heavily textured and dripping/pitted fat lava glazed handled vase by Ruscha Keramic, West Germany. I can't read the numbers on the base, but the vase looks to be model no 333. Shape 333 was designed by Otto Gerharz.

Dating from the 60s/70s era it has great thick 'fat lava' 3D textures. Mid century era and retro in style. The textured glaze is 'coffee and cream' tones, please see photos. The cream layer is thick, pitted, dripping and matte. The deep brown underneath is a smooth glossy glaze.

No chips or cracks, and excellent condition for age and era. Any burst bubbles and drips are deliberate. 18.5cm tall and bulbous with a fat rounded body (about 13cm diameter). Looks fab on display!
