Pyrex JAJ Duck Egg & white Snowflake space saver #2162. Vintage 1960s Glass. Deep oblong casserole 3.5 pint. Blue pale turquoise retro dish

A Pyrex JAJ (Jobling) Snowflake lidded deep casserole dish, or space saver. Design no 2162, 3.5 pint Deep Oblong Casserole.

It's a paler turquoise - the rarer Duck Egg with white snowflakes - on white glass. Snowflake was made 1958-67 and was part of the Gaiety range. Duck Egg colouring started in about 1960. It has the crown logo to the base, surrounded by 'Pyrex Tableware' - used 1958 to 1960. So I think we're looking at a 1960 model in Duck Egg.

Casserole dish is 29 x 17 x 6.5cm. It holds 3.5 pints right to the brim (apparently). It is in good displayable condition. Print/colour is good with some small patches of wear and some small scratches to corners, see pics. No chips. There are some fines lines of cooked in marks and dirt around and under the rim.

Matching lid. Lid is excellent with no chips or signs of use. It is stamped with 'Pyrex' and '29A'.

It's a nice example with no chips.

Includes P&P to the UK.
