A cute 1970s art glass OWL ornament made by Pukeberg, Sweden. He's stylised, round and icy, solid and heavy. He has a large pyramid beak and a round indented face, externally his 'feathers' are icy mounds and undulations. Clear moulded glass with a retro Scandinavian/Nordic feel. The design is by Uno Westerberg... she designed lots of similar icy/blocky figurines for Pukeberg.

Pukeberg is one of Sweden’s oldest glass works (1871) and is situated in Nybro, Smlland, and is a part of what is known as the Glasriket (Kingdom of glass) in Sweden.

Roughly 8 x 6.5 x 5.5cm. Great condition! Being pressed glass he has deliberate moulding lines/seams from time of production, and a sharper lower baseline from the moulding.
