Niva by Tapio Wirkkala, Iittala, pair of tumblers. Two vintage 70s glasses. Clear retro drinking/bar 175ml glass Finland. Whiskey/gin G&T

A vintage pair of 1970s Tapio Wirkkala designed Niva tumbler glasses.... perfect for a whiskey or G&T! One has a partial vintage iittala label. I believe the design was 1971 and produced until 1992, so circa 70s or 80s vintage. Made in Finland by iittala. Distinctive icy bobble linear patterns, with bunching around around the centre, like dripping melting ice.

I can't find any flaws. Each is around 175ml - a slightly smaller tumbler. So ideal for a double Whiskey or something on the rocks, or a shot or two, or a Schnapps etc. They're each 7cm tall x 7.5cm wide.... wider than they are tall, a squat shape. Crystal content quality glass.

As good as you'll get for vintage originals. And just the right size too!
