Murano Mandruzzato multi faceted vintage vase. Silver grey sommerso glass, retro Italian. Cut faces, square diamond. 60s/70s Mid century MCM

An excellent example of a Murano sommerso multi faceted glass vase, attributed to and probably by Mandruzzato, Murano, Italy.
It's 16.5cm tall (or 6.5"). It's a pure graphite (slight blue) grey colour, all cased in clear. It's 700g and pretty thick solid glass - a super chunk of vintage art glass, in a smaller size. Square (flat and polished) top and bottom with 12 cut off sides, diamond like, flaring out then in towards the base. 12 sides (4 x 3 if you study the photos).

No obvious chips, nibbles, fleebites, scratches. Virtually perfect. Vintage 50s/60s/70s Mid-century iconic design - unsure of exact vintage of this example.

No water staining or marks. Photos don't do this justice. If you're after one of these vases for your collection, you can't get better than this example! Perfect for a Mid-century mantelpiece - ideal gift for a collector. Reflects the light beautifully!
