Murano Galliano Ferro sky blue/magenta pink sommerso bud/stem glass vase. Vintage 1960s/1970s mid-century Italian. With gold sticker/label.

A striking sommerso single stem bud vase by Murano.
Most likely by Galliano Ferro, as typical of his style. Circa 1960s era.
Original vintage sticker is round with gold background and green print, and reads "Made in Italy Murano".

Sky blue outer with with an inner pink/plum/magenta sommerso floating colour area.
It's flat and teardrop shaped so appears different shape from the side/top. Tall and slim.
The opening of the small circular rim is fine, as manufactured.

Excellent collectable condition with no chips, cracks, nibbles etc. No water staining.
Base is flat and polished and excellent, with hardly any signs of age.
One very very small scratch near the baseline on the back.
It has a slight uranium content, so has a slight glow under UV light - showing its era.

25.5cm tall x 7.5cm wide x 3.5cm deep - quite tall and slim.
