A fab stylised swordfish or marlin figurine, circa 1960s/1970s vintage. It's unsigned and is probably European. Solid bronze, I believe (duller, heavier, harder and more coppery than brass).

The fish ornament sits on two fins and a tail, and has a long pointy sharp nose. He has two small black inset eyes. His upper fin has a series of cuts through, in a modernist style. The metal is solid and heavy, it's a dull bronze with some more shiny highlights - you could polish it up more.

Very good condition with some small natural wear/ageing on close inspection. 15cm long x 5.7cm tall. Weighs 270g.
