Mid century Porsgrund, Norway, small pin or salt dish 1969. Vintage 1960s porcelain/ceramic. Stylised family of four + cat. Gold art, square

A vintage and collectable Portsrund (Norway) small porcelain ornamental salt or pin dish. Circa 1960s mid century - the '69' stamp to the reverse suggests it's 1969.

It's a rounded square shape fine china or porcelain dish, with a stylised family of four surrounded by a peacock (top right), flowers, stars and a cat (bottom left) - typically mid century Scandinavian. The more you look at the picture, the more you see. I'm unsure of the artist. White glazed background, with metallic gold/gilt print of the drawing. Stamped to the reverse with the PP Norway logo along with 'M.2259 D.78121'.

The plate is lightly curved and small, so suitable as a sauce dish or as an ornament. 7.3 x 7.3 x 2.5cm. Very good condition with no chips.
