Melaware melamine set of four cups, bowls & dinner plates. Vintage 1970s/1980s retro. Bright orange 16-piece plastic picnic. VW Campervan

A lovely bright orange retro set of four vintage Melaware melamine cups, bowls and main/dinner plates - perfect for a picnic, caravan or for a VW Camper! I believe they're 1970s/1980s era, due to the simpler more modern shaping and the logo design. They're in vivid bright orange, and this is 16 matching pieces in total. They are all branded 'Melaware' underneath. Made in England.

They're in very good condition for their age (30+ years old). Very useable and displayable. They are particularly bright and zingy.

No chips. No cracks or crazing. A great hard-wearing vintage plastic/melamine set suitable for any occasion.

Cups - simple cylinder shaped. Very good, clean and bright with no obvious marks, a few surface marks on very close inspection. They have visible seams from the moulding process (see photo 9). 9.5cm tall x 7cm wide. (excluding handle). Bowls - nice simple shape. Not many signs of use. 15cm wide x 4.5cm tall. Small dinner/main plates - cutlery/surface marks/scratches and some marks that look like spots of felt tip. These plates have been used the most, see last photo. 21.5cm wide.

All my pries include P&P to the UK!
