Luthje Wood Danish cheese board & knife, vintage 60s/70s. Retro teak wood, ceramic tile. Mid century Modernist, MCM. Bread/chopping/serving

A super retro Danish cheese serving board with magnet to hold the cheese knife in place.
It has a suede thread at one end so it can hang from a hook.
The board is teak (dense reddy hardwood) with an inset distinctive and unique artist-made square retro tile - quite likely to be by Alan Wallwork?
All in very nice presentable condition, no chips or obvious scratches etc.
Board is stamped with the Luthje Wood Made in Denmark logo to the back.
Tile is 15x15cm and is handmade and glazed with tones of olivey grey with tan brown - warm golden tones that match the board beautifully.
The cheese knife is not original. It's by Thomas Ward & Sons, Sheffield - Wardonia, and looks to unused with no surface marks. Stainless steel with wooden handle.

32 x 19 x 1.5cm.
All looks to be unused. Excellent condition.

Fab for a retro or mid century kitchen or dining table.
