A stylish and simple Modernist 1960s red glass and pewter pendant on an adjustable necklace chain. Handmade by Jorgen Jensen, Denmark, and fully stamped on the reverse with 'Pewter Jorgen Jensen handmade Denmark 230'. 40 x 11 x 6mm pendant - the flat rectangular pendant has a stunning and striking oval ruby/crimson red glass stone standing proud in the middle. The chain is a replacement and is a silver coloured metal, it's adjustable in length from 16" to 18".

The pewter is a grey metal with only a slight shine. It's notoriously soft, so (on very close inspection) there are small surface marks/natural wear and tear. Photos taken on a macro setting - any teeny marks are not visible when being worn.

Very presentable, wearable and a perfect vintage gift idea.
Used and pre-loved yet still looks amazing on! So striking, a very vivid red. Rarer design/colour.
