Iittala Karhu art glass paperweight, bear figure by Jorma Vennola. Vintage mid-century Scandinavian. 1980s Finnish clear crystal & label

A vintage Scandinavian abstract/stylised bear figure, solid glass paperweight from Finland - produced by iittala.
Designed By Jorma Vennola, Karhu is 'bear' in Finnish.
Circa late 1970s or 1980s - the old triangular iittala sticker suggests this is an older one.
I'm guessing he's a polar bear.

Molded bright clear glass, most likely crystal content. Nicely made quality item.
Relief 3D detail/shapes to the front, representing a bear. Flat back, base and chunky smooth sides.

Fab condition. Great example.
Mid-century modern/Danish/Scandi in style.
