A lovely art glass dish by Hadeland Glassworks, Norway. Moulded crystal-content art glass, clear and bright and heavy. Designed by Willy Johansson, it is round with a smooth concave inner, irregular linear spiky iceberg edges, and an icy textured base - great contrast! The base is the distinctive feature of this Nautilus design - like random mountains and ravines all going into one central point. Probably dating from the 1970s.

A large 16cm wide x 5.2cm high. A chunky 1.85kg. Fantastic piece of statement art glass and great quality. Really displayable and fab for the mid-century modern home. Great condition.
