Dragon's Head glass vase, Sklo Union, Hermanova Hut, by Frantisek Peceny. Czech Bohemian. Vintage/retro 1970s mid century pressed glass.

A 1972 design by Frantisek Peceny for Sklo Union (made by Hermanova Hut). The design is called Dragon's Head - you can see a face in the bottom of one side of the glass. Pattern no 20235. It's a series of moulded organic shapes and ripples and bobbles, see photos.

Good condition clear heavy moulded vase. Two small chips on baseline, out of sight. A very slight water line about an inch down from top, hard to see.

15.5cm tall x 6.5cm round. Weighs 600g. Circa 1970s.

Becoming increasing hard to find and buy this shape, a tactile curious vase that's different in each direction.
