A super Dartington Daisy large shallow/flat bowl, designed by Frank Thrower. It's 30cm wide and round shaped with petals, it's model number FT207. It's the more unusual Midnight Grey colouring. The design dates from 1977 and is part of the Daisy Collection which included various plates and bowls (designed from 1974). Crystal content glass - made using a centrifuge. Made in Dartington, England. Curiously, this model is supposed to be 32cm (this is 30cm) and it was only supposed to be only in Clear - so this is a 1990s coloured glass limited edition (Midnight Grey was originally discontinued in 1974).

Glass is flat and smooth internally and textured beneath with a daisy design indented. It's shallow - perfect as a centrepiece or fruit bowl or serving dish.

An excellent example - hardly used. There's a couple small internal 'flakes' from manufacture and some natural bubbles. 30.2cm wide x 5cm tall. Weighs 1.3kg.
