A lovely simple mid century Modernist Danish Sterling Silver brooch, by Jens Joannes Aagaard...

The brooch is a swooping tactile shape which gets wider, and its end there is a similar smaller shape. It could be an abstract flower/stem. The inner hallmarks read '925 JAa' (for sterling silver and Jens Joannes Aagaard, Denmark). Typical of 1960s/1970s Scandinavian design.

It's slim, petite and elegant and probably more suited to women. It's around 57 x 10mm - a 925 silver curved line.

Excellent vintage condition. Small roll-over pin to the back works well. Looks stunning on - the photos don't do it justice. Very presentable and retro, and a perfect gift idea...
