A rarer and hard to find design - Night Sky by Chance Glass, from around 1957 to 1959. Designed by Margaret Casson, this was only produced for a couple of years in the late 1950s. It has a typically late 1950s Space-age Atomic feel. The white 'Night Sky' pattern (a series of zig-zagging continuous fine lines with random dots) is printed outside the clear glasses, which have gold rims.

The set consists of 6 small glasses - perfect for single and double shots, cordials, smaller stronger drinks, etc. Each glass is 6.5cm tall x 5cm rim. Each holds about 75ml - a larger shot. They have gold leaf/gilt rims. Each is slightly different in weight and thickness and flatness due to the handfinishing manufacturing processes.

Very good condition with no chips. The white atomic-style print is great. Each has wear to the gold rim. Very good for 60+ years old!
