A large black and white vintage plate, produced by Nymolle, Denmark, with a typically stylised design by Danish artist Bjorn Wiinblad (1918-2006). This plate is 'Spring' - number two out of a series with four depicting The Seasons. It's a beautiful couple in love, reading poetry, surrounded by spring trees and flowers. Detailed black screen-print with patterns on a glossy white plate. Circa 1960s or 1970s vintage.

The ceramic plate is sizeable at 27cm wide. Excellent vintage condition, all as originally printed and manufactured. Stamped with logos and information to reverse. Hanging wire - it's an ornamental wall hanging plate. It has not been used as a plate, but does have a few patches/lines where the print/plate wasn't perfect, see last few pictures.
