Archimede Seguso Bullicante Murano ruby red glass small bowl/ashtray. Tightly precise controlled bubbles dish.

A small and perfectly formed vintage ruby red art glass ashtray/bowl from the 60s or so, with tiny precision controlled bubbles/bullicante.

I believe that this is by Archimede Seguso at Murano.



It's oval with one slightly turned in side (for a cigarette).
It's cased - the lines of bubbles are on the inside edge and the outer surface is solid coloured glass.
Mouth blown by a true artsit.
Outer rim has an orange glow in UV light.
Excellent condition, no chips. Flat polished base.
A tiny precise work of art, just 8x7cm!!
