A vintage bisque porcelain art vase, pattern/shape no 195. By AK Kasier, West Germany. Circa 1960s or 1970s vintage.

A matte white finish with stunning abstract layered pealing bark or fossil like patterns, over a linear vertical stripe. May well be designed by Manfred Frey - as many were. A smaller size - would hold half a dozen smaller stems. Stamped on base with logo, as well as indented model number.

No chips, cracks, repairs etc. Good usable and displayable condition, some surface marks on close inspection - it's hard to keep it perfect matte white! Perfect for a modern minimalist or Mid-century home.

12.5cm tall x 9cm wide.
