A lovely round Sklo Union aqua coloured glass bowl/ashtray designed by Adolf Matura for Libochovice Glassworks.
Made from 1962 onwards, this is pattern number is 983. Think it's known as a Wheel or Cog Bowl.
Bold geometric design with multiple places for a cigarette.

60s/70s era, so vintage retro. Czech/Bohemian.
A solid heavy quality moulded pressed glass item.
The aqua is like a pale blue/green, a sea-like colour, more green than blue.

15 x 5.5cm, 810g - a good weighty chunk.
Excellent vintage condition.

Very striking and unusual colouring.
Perfect for a Mid Century mantelpiece!
